Precision Multicavity Molds
The largest mold we have designed and used to
date is a 192 cavity mold used in molding parts for medical
devices. Many other multicavity molds are produced, such as the
160, 128, 96, 64, 48 and 32.
The first step involved in the production of a multicavity mold
is a prototype test mold. It is at this stage that problems
such as shape and configuration are solved and a new mold to
mass-produce parts is designed.

Long-life Precision Molds
All inserts used in the molds, excluding prototype
test molds, are heat-treated and polished to improve durability.
However, in the case of a large number of cavities, even prototype
test molds are heat-treated and polished to test-produce sample
parts as precise as mass-produced parts.
