Q1 Can I input a long sentence?

A1:
You can input only up to 140 characters (1 byte letters) in one message due to moon letter specifications.

Q2 What languages can I use for messages?

Operating explanations are in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Japanese,
but you can input messages in all languages compatible with iOS.

Q3 How can I discontinue the input of a message?

End the moon letter on the "Home" button.

Q4 Can I use it on iPhone 4?

It is compatible with iPhone 4 (Retina display).

Q5 Can I use it with iOS4?

Operation on iOS4 is possible, but it is not compatible with multitasking.

Q8 Can I store a partially prepared message?

There is no function which stores a partially prepared moon letter message.

Q9 Can I change the message playback speed?

You cannot change the message playback speed.

Q10 How can I input the recipient address?

After you prepare a message, tap the "send" button on the upper right to start the Mail application of iOS, then input or select from Contacts the recipient address.

Q11 How can I play back a message I have received?

A11:
To play back a moon letter message, a recipient must also have installed moon letter. Install moon letter using App Store. It is impossible to play back a message sent to an MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) address.

Q12 Why does the photo of the moon on the start screen change each time I start moon letter?

The photo of the moon which is the background to the start screen and the message represents the phase of the moon at that time.

Q13 Can I change the size of the letters in a message?

You cannot change the size of the letters in a message.

Q14 How can I return from the preview screen to the message preparation screen?

A14:
Tap the "Send your heart by tonight's moonlight" part on the bottom of the screen. If there are many letters, scroll down.

Q15 Can I stop the preview before it is completed?

A15:
Tap the "Send your heart by tonight's moonlight" part on the bottom of the screen. If there are many letters, scroll down.

Q16 Can I send a moon letter message to non-users of iPhone/iPod touch?

A16:
moon letter is an application specially for iPhone/iPod touch. Other devices cannot play moon letter messages.
