On July 2005 Pioneer Technology Portugal SA (PEP) has held OPEN HOUSE 10th ANNIVERSARY for employees and their families under the slogan "The Family we are, opening the door to the family we have".
The main subject of this Open House was the Environment, and several sensibilization activities were developed.
The main theme of this exposition focused on Environment, by explaining the environmental activities developed during several years. Exposition related to several environmental subjects: Water quality; Ozone layer; PEP Environmental impacts; Environmental activities implemented in PEP; posters campaign; etc.
An area was set up, where children could make toys with several residues produced in PEP. This activity has the objective to sensibilize the youngest as well as their parents for the importance of "re-using".
And Environmental area within plant intends to symbolize Pioneer's commitment to Environment and to the well-being of all the people that belong to this "Family". And A tree was planted in this new Environmental Area.
